This is the second time Navy Federal has denied a fraudulent charge on my account. These were all online charges made States away... Representative was nonchalant about it. No empathy at all. I got passed around with no resolution. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC, and the CFPB. Stay tuned for an update. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.Update! They won't talk to you about it over the phone. They referred me to their emessaging online to further dispute or appeal their decision. Haven't decided if I am going into the office yet ?. Really frustrated!

I went to Navy Federal in Riverside yesterday for the first time, to become members and open a new account with my daughter. Leana took care of everything, was so pleasant and helpful. Wish I'd know about Navy Federal years ago!

Moreno Valley branch is the closest branch to my hometown and makes it a shorter drive for me. However, every time I come In there is limited staff or staff that is in training from what it looks like. Today I had the worst experience I brought cash in to deposit and the teller confirmed the amount and after I asked her for cash back the amounts didn’t match by 200$! She called another associate then the manager and could not confirm either or. I am not comfortable on how they handled my cash deposit and feel like they stole! Manager was going to “audit” the machine but can only give me her word and no proof if this was truly correct. I am never coming back to this branch and definitely triple count your money before you deposit!

I just had the worst customer service by the teller Mike , he was super rude!! he was giving me attitude since he started helping me . He made my transaction super difficult !! Super unethical , his customer service was the worst . I hope Navy Federal does something because it's really disappointing for a bank to have somebody like that in customer service.

Absolutely love my bank, except for the service I received over the weekend. Marisol was rude and lazy. She called herself a "lead". After waiting in line for a couple minutes to get a replacement debit card she asked me to wait to the side so she can assist the long line. After I had already waited my turn! I explained to her that I was advised to get in line to get my card replacement and she insisted otherwise. She also mentioned that she would only replace my card as a " courtesy" this one time she must of repeated herself 4 times. Marisol you are by far the rudest teller, " lead" I've ever dealt with. Maybe customer services is not your best choice.
