“The medicine shoppe riverside has overall been a great experience. There are a few exceptions, but first let me give big kudos to Ray who always makes sure I have my medication and always goes the extra mile to ensure that I am taken care of. Also in the excellent column would be Brianna who at one point worked through a complicated workers comp authorization and kept me informed the whole way. She fixed the problem. Yessica, who has also been awesome, helped me through much the same thing. All of these people recognize me and are always giving top notch service. There have been some mistakes made by some of the staff who, in my opinion, perhaps are or at least were undertrained. They did their best but to give one example of something that has happened many times is that my order(s) I was told were in, only to drive down there and find that they were not. One tech saw that my medication was authorized on the computer screen, and told me the medication was in. So again, I drove down there (once I went down and back three times-an apparent mistake made by undertrained staff) to find that my much needed heart medicine wasn't in. They were still very gracious, and apologetic for the error, but I still went without my medication. It seems as though the staff needs to be more thoroughly trained. Through no fault of their own, they made mistakes. I'm sure the management recognizes that all staff need to be trained equally well so that customers have the confidence that their orders are being filled efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall they do a great job, especially Ray, Brianna, and Yessica. I will certainly give 5 stars once it is apparent these errors are correctedUpdate. There have been zero problems after this initial posting. They, especially Ray, always treats us as a priority and we so appreciate it. Well done.”

“I had never been to a travel health clinic before, but given my family and I are traveling to Peru soon, I needed to get the yellow fever vaccine. Coming to Parkview Medical Plaza Pharmacy & Travel Health Clinic was a truly awesome experience- Ranna Sidky walked me and my brother through all of the vaccinations we ought to consider, and she went above and beyond in sharing travel tips for a safe experience given the altitude we will be experiencing. She clearly cares for those she sees, and does her best to provide a very holistic and comprehensive approach to supporting people in their vaccination updates for travel. Highly recommend coming here!”

Driver of pharmacy was there helping and he was shy but pleasant. The owner of the pharmacy Chandrasekhar spoke to me about my mothers medication and went way and beyond with details. “Abc pharmacy is nice and quant pharmacy. There right next to the Blaine clinic so for me it works quiet well. It's better most time to avoid chains that goes with everything. If you get a motel don't go motel 6 get an offshoot. If you get a hamburger don't go to McDonald's. Point is this is a great pharmacy. If you don't have one proper you should use this one.”
“When something goes wrong at home, it's hard to know where to turn. But their restoration team really came through for us. They were super responsive and made us feel at ease right away. The technician who helped us out was super friendly, always on time and easy to communicate with. “We shop at both Costco and Sam's club. Sam's has some things that don't come in such large quantities like ready made salads. Since it's just the two of us, we don't waste food. When we entertain we will get the larger quantity salad from Costco. We really like having the options of the two different quantities. That's just one example, but I'm sure you get the idea. One thing that Sam's has that Costco doesn't is the Scan N Go app. If you've never used it, you definitely have to check it out. You scan the item when you add it to your shopping cart and get to bypass the checkout line. It always makes me laugh when I see people standing in line when they could just use the app. When you get to the exit, the employee who checks your receipt scans your phone and you are out and on your way. I really wish Costco would do this too.”

“Curbside pickup. I have 4 little ones with me, and Curbside pickup is always my go-to. Since I've been doing Curbside pickup, 5 years now, only 2 times have I experienced an issue with my order (items missing or wrong items given to me) and making this right has been an easy process. First, i tried calling the store (1 out 2 they answered and assisted), when unavle to get a hold of then, I called customer service and they instantly refunded the missing items. I will continue to do Curbside pickup until it is no longer convenient for me.”

“The four stars is only because it's a comparatively small pharmacy who needs to have certain drugs transferred in, from-time-to-time. Otherwise, the service is great!Keep in mind, reader: Pricing is determined by the contract at the corporate level. Use your insurance provider and/or a pharmacy coalition (think "GoodRx") to show you the cheapest locations for each drug. It will never be a situation where all of your prescriptions are the lowest price at any one pharmacy. You need to do your due diligence!”
“Went into the UPS store right next to the pharmacy and saw a sign for Flu shots available I didn't have an appt spoke with pharmacist and she said sure no problem got my info and got my Flu shot and took care of my business at the UPS store too less than 30minutes in and out super friendly super nice. Highly recommend.”

“I picked up some photos at this CVS today and was honestly blown away by the service from the two young ladies at the front desk. They greeted every customer with a warm smile and so much positive energy.
It really surprised me—in a good way—especially considering how long the line was. I imagine they have to serve a huge number of customers every day.
Later, I told the cashier that her enthusiasm was truly uplifting. She smiled and said, “Because I want others to treat me the same way.” What a powerful insight!

“They always have my medications in stock, and always offer to deliver to my home. (Walgreen's was out of one of my prescriptions month after month, and I'd have to wait 2 or 3 days every time for a refill.) Indiana Pharmacy are friendly, professional, and quick, and I'm so glad my doctor referred me to this pharmacy.”

If your just putting in your your prescription have a seat if they’re not super busy you’ll be on your way in 5-10 minutes. “The entire staff at Walmart's pharmacy are some of the most helpful, genuine people in the industry. Their knowledge and willingness to assist are beyond question, dedicate to their profession and patients. If you have ever had an unpleasant encounter I would be surprised, but if so, please reattempt to interact with their pharmacist directly (when they aren't inundated with customers would be best) and you are likely to be very impressed and satisfied with the professionalism on display. I have come to know several of the employees and pharmacists personally and can attest that they are people of class and balance, welcome in my home anytime.”
