“I come here often to rent tow dollys and buy shipping supplies. The staff is amazing and helpful. We had an emergency and the manager and staff were very understanding. They were so kind to us. Dealing with car problems can be stressful. Navigating the return on the dolly after dealing with that was smooth because the extra mile they went for us. Thank you.”
“I have rented U-Haul equipment multiple times over the past five years from this location and every single time I go, it doesn’t matter which day or which staff member helps me, but I always have a phenomenal experience. My most recent time was today when I rented the beautiful Chevy Silverado pick up truck. It was a dream to drive and it was actually extremely good on gas and I had a very long drive, over 100 miles in one day and the pick up truck made my drive very easy and comfortable. Britney assisted me with my reservation and I am so so happy with the customer service I received from her and the other staff members who I encountered when I dropped off the truck. The store manager., Mr. Gregor, should be very proud with his dream team of staff that he has. Thank you, thank you thank you for always treating me with kindness and respect and a wonderful experience every single time I visit your location. And because I had such a wonderful experience driving that beautiful Chevy Silverado pickup truck, I want to go buy one now lol I would highly recommend this location to anybody :) Big thanks!!!!!!!
