Great customer service, very helpful and respectful. Great deals and prices with fast internet. Pretty much nowhere is disabled or not available like some other places. Having a phone line is also not required for home internet if that's all you need.

So for the eighth time I had to go back to store with customer service on the phone and again Eddie the so called manager was rude and said he would not help me and he refused to talk to customer service then after that ignored me and would not even look at me the only person that would help me was Jesus he did what all the other crappy employees couldn't and was polite the whole time the lil white kid with curly hair and Eddie were the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with neither of them know anything about there job and then act like they can't do something cause there lazy I'm hoping I don't ever have to deal with them again since yet again I have to go back to store hopefully Jesus is there so I can get everything fixed if not I'm canceling all my services and spectrum will never see a dime from me

Charlie at the Corona store on McKinley, helped me with internet, tv app and phone. Excellent customer service. Explained things very well. Polite and easy to talk with.

The associates see a room full of customers and leave from their cash registers without informing the Customers that they will be back, and when having a customer in front of them they do not have to hold a long conversation that has nothing to do with the transaction

We went to Spectrum yesterday to get new phones. We were helped by Jesus. He was very patient with us and he was very knowledgeable about the products and process. It was so nice to go through it with someone who gave us confidence in customer service.

Long wait time, but Freddy was very helpful and friendly. I do suggest making an online appointment to avoid the virtual queue.

Very unprofessional when it comes to customer service we waited over an hour and not one employee said anything to us ! There is supposed to be have a system set in play where you sign a kiosk to be seated in the order you arrive but clearly some customers don't apply! They have 6 desk availability for for customers but only two employees were here and one was very rude and inconsiderate young Lady by the name of Porsha she really doesn't care about the customers and it shows and on top of that she was very slow and moved like a snail !

Employees are friendly and professional. Not a super fan of the system of getting in line from home. Why is that even a thing? We are human beings not placeholders. I just needed to return equipment, I am still a Spectrum customer, I just moved. I arrived at 9:50 am, they open at 10 and there was a huge line outside. The technician who came to my house said to return equipment to the store, it was much faster and easier at UPS.

I went to the Spectrum Store to see if they could help me with a complicated communication need. The friendly and knowledgeable technician came up with a satisfactory solution, which we implemented. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
