The Spectrum Store provides Internet, mobile, cable TV, and equipment services. Employees are consistently described as friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, offering excellent customer service and satisfactory solutions. Staff explain things well and are easy to talk with, giving customers confidence. However, there can be long wait times and a huge line, with some customers not being fans of the virtual queue system. To avoid the wait, making an online appointment is suggested. While the store handles equipment return, another option noted is that returning equipment to UPS can be faster and easier.
Definitely a very busy location but there was at least five workers helping people (noon on a Tuesday). I was fourth in line after signing in and was out in less than ten minutes.

Plan on spending the afternoon here. Its first in first out so if you just need something simple you have to wait behind people that have larger issues. Best to make an appointment if you have that luxury. I personally think they could improve their service model by adding a 15 items or less line.

Diana is the person you want to see! She went above and beyond to take care of my needs. She discovered that I was overpaying for my services with AT&T and helped me bundle all my services together. To top it off, she mentioned that it was her first few months with the company! I would’ve never known!
