My concerns about my experience via email that can't be acknowledged since there's no "Spectrum email" to gain a company response: To Whom It May Concern: I am emailing in regards to my frustration with my Spectrum ordering, shipping, communication, wait times, need for a technician due to factors outside of my control and minimal options for technician availability. I made my initial order on 3/10/24. The order couldn't be completed on the website and so I was given a reference number and customer service number to call. On 3/11/24 I spoke with the representative and informed him that I would be moving to a new location on 3/23/24. He said he saw my note and could have it shipped so it would be delivered on 3/23/24. On 3/12/24, I get an email stating that my router and modem have shipped. This does not work for me as I do not move into my new apartment until 3/23/24, as stated in my note, and acknowledged by the respresentative who said it could be shipped to arrive on 3/23/24. When I spoke to another representative on 3/13/24, she stated I needed to call FedEx to see if I could have the order stopped/ canceled- or that I could pick up the router and modem in San Bernardino. I was attending a funeral that Friday and San Bernardino is not close to where I'm staying temporarily so that wouldn't work for me. The representative also mentioned that it would be best for me to call three days prior to my move because it typically takes three days to ship out. On 3/20/24, I spoke with the representative and informed her of all the mishaps thus far and that I need my router and modem delivered on 3/23/24 since I do not move in until 3/23/24. She stated that she would put my order on "pick up" and I could call the day before my move so it could be shipped the same day. On 3/22, I called to have my order shipped and informed the representative of all that has happened in the last two weeks and that my current order is under "pick up" so it wouldn't ship too early. He didn't seem to hear me because he found out that my order was under "pick up" and it was in a pending status so that it wouldn't be shipped out prematurely again (as I stated). On 3/24/24 I set up my router as described in the instructions. The top blue light worked, but the second light faded from white to blue so I called customer service again. The representative stated that I as a customer, "I did everything right, but the unit isn't getting WiFi." I had the option of a technician coming out the following day from 2-3pm or nothing until Thursday. I am a mental health professional who does remote telehealth work so not having internet is not an option for me. Also, I had to take off of work on 3/25/24 for the technician to be in my apartment as they do not allow technicians to be there without someone over 18 years old. I'm requesting to have 1-2months free of internet service once I'm regularly billed ($56.99/month) as this has been a nightmare to order, lack of understanding as to when I need the delivery, shipping and set up. Also, that doesn't account for work I had to miss to have it set up by a technician through no fault of my own. I look forward to hearing your response. *Obviously don't go with this company unless you want your time wasted, enjoy lack of professionalism and poor customer care. **Follow up: I was given to a $30 credit to my account and the $30 technician fee was waived (even though it's not my fault I needed a technician in the first place). This has been my experience. Yikes.

This review is for Jesse one of the Spectrum maintenance employees he was on time, super professional, kind, and was a pleasure to have in our home, he knew exactly what to do and checked EVERYTHING and even hard wired our tv. He said he's usually in San Bernardino so he was great to have in riverside, I cannot recommend him enough. The community needs people like Jesse, he's extremely knowledgeable and should be highly considered for a managing/lead roll at Spectrum!

Michael gives terrible customer service. Rude, unhelpful, multiple mistakes, lacked some basic people skills and common sense. Haven’t had issues with Spectrum in the past. Went in to buy a new phone, which you think they would be eager to make happen. This is making us shop around, not just for a new mobile carrier, but for all of our services.

I switched from Verizon to Spectrum. I'm not thrilled with the in store customer care. 1st off, this particular store was unusually hot. 2nd The waiting time is really long. The techs have a lackluster attitude on trying to get the customers helped. customer service is poor. The technician who called me up acted like I worked for him. Like he was annoyed, I was in his presence. It's not a good look on part of Spectrum on hiring clowns like that.

I'm a business owner so I'm busy. I came in and bought a new phone, and was told everything was good to go. I had stressed i had a busy day ahead and that i really hope everything is ok. On trust i left to get the day done. Not only was my phone not receiving or able to make calls. I had to use another phone to go through customer service to find out what was wrong. I had my employee transfer over my old files and data over to the new phone. Do you know how hard it is to operate a business without a phone. It's like missing an arm! Disappointed!

Awful customer service from Michael. I’m buying a thousand dollar phone you would think they could upgrade you properly and not have to cancel the order and run your card multiple times. Didn’t communicate all of the fees or any details. I’m never going back.

Terrible internet service, have been experiencing our internet going out randomly throughout the day and they refuse to send someone out to look at what is going on instead telling us to reset our router which we do like 5 times daily to get it to come back up. Now they are telling us to take back our modem for a new one to see if that's the issue before sending someone out. Why not send a tech with a new one to see if that's the problem and if not he checks what the issue is right after instead of making us do the work and then having us schedule for a tech after if it's not fixed. For the amount we pay and how long we have been with this company it really is a shame how little effort they put in on the customer service side of things.

We were assisted by staff with issues we had been struggling with. Staff was patient and helpful
