“I have been a customer of L & T for four years now. I called in on a Wednesday because my 2015 Kia Optima was involved in a failed vehicle theft. My car door key port was taken apart, so was my steering wheel, and the ignition was mangled. I had no idea what to do at the moment, but I remembered calling L&T and they said they could help me as soon as I could get my car in their shop.
I got my car towed to their shop Friday afternoon and they fixed my car by next Wednesday. I picked up my car good as new, steering wheel smooth as ever, and they had extra keys made for me too!
They are the small business that does the MOST for their clients! They give AMAZING service and go out of their way to get the parts needed for your vehicle. They provide thorough, quality work that's relatively quick, competitively priced, and have a group of honest team of people who take pride in helping you out.

“Miguel and his team did a great job with my RAM 1500. Prior mechanic bailed in the job and left me in a pinch. I spoke with Miguel’s front desk on Friday, made an appointment for Monday, picked up my truck on Tuesday.
They repaired a snapped bolt on the exhaust manifold and replaced the gasket. Everything feels solid and the truck is running great.
I’ll be coming back to them in the future, hopefully not too soon though hahah.”

“Total old school professionals. Perfect for those of us who enjoy driving classic cars. I will caution you that you will need to schedule an appointment for service. You can do this on the phone or drive up. They seem to always have a line of cars ahead of anyone even if you have an appointment. Keep in mind that some classic car parts are hard to get. So don’t expect your car to be done the same day unless of course if it’s something minor like a simple everyday mechanical fixed or tune up which is quick. Everyone with a classic car in the inland empire knows about this place. Simply because they are good at what they do.”

He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me.
