This review is for the salon and specifically for the “master stylist” Crystal. I’ve been to many Ulta salon locations and am quite familiar with the process. I made my appointment a day in advance. In my way to my appointment random traffic hit and I was running 10 minutes behind. The policy is you have the hour of your appointment to show and if your stylist is fully booked they will call to ensure you’re still coming and they can accommodate you. I received no call. As I was sitting at the light about to turn into the parking lot, I received a text saying my appointment was canceled. I called the salon to ensure I still had my appointment and let them know I was literally in the parking lot. Crystal answered in a very rude tone. As I explained, she cut me off, saying she doesn’t take new clients and all of her clients know she doesn’t accept anyone past 10 minutes late. I told her I understood, but was never informed of her policy until now and that I was here. She disrespectfully disregarded me saying she already has another client in her chair, but I could see another stylist. I explained I picked her because she was the master stylist, but she clearly never planned to take me on as a new client. I wearily accepted the other stylist. When I arrived, Crystal looked soo angry that I actually showed up. And stomped around looking for the girl to check me in.
Thankfully my stylist Christina was a sweetheart! And did a fantastic job on my hair! She deserves 5 ⭐️ We connected and chatted openly during my appointment. The way a new client should be treated.
Crystal is very rude and is not user friendly.
I love ulta products and visit many locations often, but this stylist (Crystal) at this location provided terrible experience.

If I could give it zero stars I would . I drove 40 minutes to my appointment as they had availability on the weekends . I work full time during the week and I was so happy to have an appointment on a Sunday . My appointment was at 10:30 and I received a call at 10:21 stating my service had been cancelled . I was extremely disappointed in the store . They could have called me sooner , an email would have been enough . If an employee called out and wasn’t able to complete my service I would have understood . Things happen . But to literally cancel minutes before is so disappointing and unprofessional . Will never visit Ulta again .

Every time I go into the store, no one ever comes up to me or assist me or welcomes me. I only hear it from the cashier standing by the door because I’m assuming that’s the policy but as I walk around to look for Makeup and as people are just trying to clean up things rather than assisting the guest, it’s kind of frustrating. However, today my best friend needed to make up and I’m not very good at it, but I try my best, but it was a breath of fresh air and took a whole weight off my Shoulder because I ran into Amanda! She is so great and she is so amazing with their customer service Amanda Really made our experience wonderful today. She met all our needs answer all of our questions just the tone of her voice and. So soothing, and her understanding is just wonderful. Amanda deserves a raise to be honest She’s one of those employees that shouldn’t be unseen thank you so much for helping us out today Amanda

Horrible experience at this location. I stood in front of the Mac section for who knows how long knowing exactly what I needed that was in the locked storage drawers and needed assistance. 3 different associates made eye contact and walked right by me multiple times without stating they would be right with me. One with the red hair and high voice walked by me multiple times with no acknowledgement from the moment I walked in, and she saw me. Rude and unprofessional service to allow a customer to sit and wait while multiple people go help one guest who was literally chatting about her personal business.

Had an okay experience. The skin rep was really nice which is the reason why i give 3 stars however, the cashier Ashlyn made it obvious that i wasn’t being fast enough when paying (mind you, I’m currently pregnant). It’s clear she doesn’t like her job. She was rude and made this experience unenjoyable especially after purchasing over $100 worth of products.

While I was purchasing items at ULTA, I was offered the ULTA Beauty Rewards Credit Card. I decided to apply, but the application didn't go through. The cashier, Ashlyn, was friendly and helpful trying to fix the issue. However, I became uncomfortable when she offered to help by entering my Social Security number herself and asked me to say it out loud in front of other customers. That's extremely unprofessional and a serious privacy concern. I didn't give her any of my information, but I wanted to share this because it could easily lead to identity theft if someone overheard. I hope ULTA provides better training for their employees on how to handle sensitive information.

Walked in with a needed emergency coverup and Erin was quick to do her magic and give me the products I needed.
I don't wear makeup and know nothing about what I needed.
She had a great attitude and extremely helpful to my emergency.

went to ulta. all employees were welcome except Briuna. Always coming to this location exited to restock on my makeup, employee Briuna checked me out was very nonchalant with lots of attitude. did not ask if I found everything okay, I will NOT be returning because she made me feel not welcomed.

I scheduled an appointment to get my hair washed and styled at six pm. At four p m, a stylist called and left a message. She said the stylist I had scheduled with had called in sick and that she would do my hair at six fifteen. Misty kept me waiting fifteen minutes while she did other things like sanitize equipment. When I asked her when she would get started
she became annoyed and called her supervisor to talk to me.
So much for getting my hair done before my surgery tomorrow.
Misty should not be
working with the public. Shame on you Ulta for hiring somebody like her.

Arely is the worst PBA I have ever talked to! Super rude super unhelpful and overall the worst employee there! Not to mention their GM is super rude and overall the worst.
