Simi I think is her name, EXTREMELY rude. I’ve sent a box out before with duct tape from another location NO problem whatsoever. Over here, it’s not allowed and she chuckled which made the situation even more annoying.

Not sure who delivers our mail . They have gotten our apt number wrong not only in mail box . Putting my mail in neighbors box . My boxes were left at the downstairs neighbors. The deliveries have suCXed so much . Drivers either dont care . Or dont pay attention 😭😭😭😫

Lost 1 package and 3 mails within 1 month. Mails was scan delivered at USPS post office (hole, Riverside) at 10am but we normally get our mail between 2:30 to 3:00pm, mails NEVER received until now. Went to the post office to file a report but they told me to file a complaint online. You can tell this USPS employee/manager didn’t not care with my mails and packages, no worried or concern on his face smh.

Earlier this week, UPS dropped off a package at my home, but the USPS mail carrier came for another scheduled pickup and took the package as well. I stopped by this local post office the following morning to see if they could help, but they claimed that UPS already picked it up in the morning. I contacted UPS customer service, but they couldn't provide any updates on my missing package and informed me to contact USPS customer support instead. After several call attempts, one of the staff members eventually informed me that they'll look into it. I have a feeling that this post office is holding my package hostage and won't hold their carrier accountable, which is very unfortunate.

The line that forms at the door for mail pickups is supposed to wrap around the wall but people constantly line up straight instead… it forms a really messy line of two groups of people; 1 group that is lining up correctly around the corner, and the other group that is interfering with the drop off stations and stamp machines. There is no employee to fix/maintain the line, and the person at the door doesn’t bother checking around the corner, so the incorrect line and the dumb people standing in it are the only ones that get service. It happens every time I’ve come and it’s just a terrible experience. You basically have to join the dumb/incorrect line in order to get service, which in turn, makes YOU a part of the problem now, and it’s a vicious cycle. Atrocious.

You need to scan the packages! You have to understand. On ebay I'm losing the item, losing the money I put into the item, losing money through the refund, and losing money on my next sale to replenish the money I had to refund because YOU didn't scan the item! I guess this is what we're to expect from government employees. You get paid even if you don't do your job. This is the 2nd package this month just lost.

This place is super ghetto and WAY BEYOND SLOOOOOWWWWWW!! The pickup window is pai fully slow...slower than a snail and yet 2 workers at the regular counter and won't come help...doesn't make any sense...can't you or the Supervisor figure out how to rotate work or move employees to other areas where they are needed?! So unnecessary!!
