Had a package that showed delivered when it hadn't been. 3 trips and several hours later I spoke with Tatiana. She was kind and courteous. She took the time to look into the problem and then explained it thoroughly. Wasn't the result I was looking for but, she was very helpful.

Just terrible. Very little effort is made to not make it the ugliest building in the city. The package line is forever long.

After going to 4 post offices to get my Fingerprints done for an FBI background Check, Riverside post office was quick and easy. Too bad it's surrounded by homeless.
