Use another pharmacy if you can. Spent my day sick and on hold for over 3 hours only to find out they didn’t have my medication

i got a call saying my prescription would be ready after 12pm. i go to the pharmacy at 1:15 and i’m told it’s not ready and to come back in 10 minutes. i come back at 1:30 and apparently their lunch break is from 1:30 to 2:00. i’d be less irritated had they just told me to come back at 2:00 if they knew they’d be closed for their lunch break at 1:30. i was in dire need of these meds and if i’m told they’ll be ready after 12pm i think i have a reasonable expectation to be able to pick them up over an hour after that. very unhappy with this place and it’s not helping that i’m unmedicated at the moment.

Horrible pharmacy! I’ve been waiting on a Rx for over 8 hours! My son waited over an hour in line to be told it won’t be ready until tomorrow… This was called in at 11 am today! Terrible customer service; rude pharmacist…I will be taking my business elsewhere asap

The pharmacy is so disorganized and always messes up my 1 prescription they fill for me. I am switching the rest of my prescriptions to Amazon because this pharmacy is so bad.

Med got put in with Walgreens pharmacy at 1100am don't get filled out until 4pm after I can call 2 times to check up on it

I can't believe how slow these people are it is taking 15 minutes per customer.
I love Walgreens but I can not use the pharmacy here any more. I stopped coming here 2 years ago for this reason. The urgent care sent my prescriptions here even though
I gave them the info for my new pharmacy.
I'm finding out right now they haven't changed a bit.

Always packed. Not enough pharmacy techs. Hate getting partial fills on meds then they show in system it was full, so watch ur bottles.

Don't come to this pharmacy. It's horrible the service. They tell you that your medicine will be ready at a specific time and it's not true. I came to the next day and still wasn't ready. There was a long line that I had to wait plus 10 more minutes that she said because my medicine was not ready.

I give this pharmacy location 5 stars because we have the best pharmacist! Tung goes above and beyond to help and offer the best recommendations for your prescriptions. Yes, this is an extremely busy location. There is hardly ever a time that you visit and there isn't a line. I believe they are understaffed but the staff there work long and hard hours, non-stop to fulfill requests. I can't imagine being on shift there. So, when you go, let them know how much they are appreciated. A smile and kindness go a long way especially if you are a repeat customer. Walgreens, if you're listening, send them more support staff. Keep up the good work team!

Worst experience ever, pharmacy employees are so careless with customers and so slow, it takes up to an hour to get your prescription picked up from this pharmacy, look somewhere else
