The pharmacy is awful. I’ve waited on hold for up to 40 minutes to speak to a pharmacist. Most recently, my doctor sent in two prescriptions, but when I got the update that it was received, only one was processed. I called several times and no one answered. After 20 minutes of frustration, I decided to just go inside and ask about the other prescription while I also waited on hold. For the 30 minutes I was in line, I didn’t see a single person pick up a phone. When it was almost my turn, I got the alert that my prescription had been received and was told to come back in about 30 minutes. Arrived as told, waited in line for 40 minutes, then an additional 5 minutes for them to find my prescription. This is a regular occurrence. Long wait times. Poor customer service. When you ask them what happened when something goes wrong, they don’t have an answer. I’ve changed my name to my married name twice and my last prescription was still under my maiden name. Disorganized, incompetent, and getting worse over time

This pharmacy totally sucks! I'm switching soon. The drive-thru wait is like, 40 minutes! And it's no better inside. Why don't they hire more people? I'm so annoyed every time I go there.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. They made me wait for over 10 minutes. I was in lane 2 of the pick up area and someone else drove to lane one and was helped within seconds. She told them I was waiting and they didn’t care they continued to make me wait and help her first. This happens here often. I am most likely going to cvs. I’ve given them multiple opportunities.

Always have a good experience shopping this store. I hope Randy still works there. He has always been a tremendous help and his customer service was top notch! The line gets long sometimes but they quickly bust it out. My go to store when I need quick things!

If it was possible I will give 0 stars, worst pharmacy service ever. Went to pick up my prescription for my child in drive through I was waiting for 30 and 2 cars in front of me. So I decided to park and pick up inside store, same another 35 min with 4 people in front of me, came my turn and they didn’t have my prescription ready. 5 hours later I called to make sure the prescription was ready to pick up, I was on hold 25 minutes, they never answered my call. Some how my call ended!

Don’t use the photo department here. My order was delayed three days and after calling multiple times they finally told me their machine was broken and they had no idea when it would get fixed. The staff didn’t seem to care and were not helpful.

I went through the drive-through to pick up my prescription and there was only two people in front of me, but there was two lines. Then another person came up behind the person behind me and they took them first. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for two people to be in front of me, they are the most inefficient pharmacy I’ve ever been to every time I pick up prescription from them. They are horrible, horrible horrible so so slow. I would highly recommend that the people that work there don’t smoke pot when they work.

Very very very slow. Three people ahead of us and took us 45 minutes to get to the window at the pharmacy. Lady walked off three times on us while she was helping us and didn’t even finish the transaction. We had to yell for help at the window three times

Worst Walgreens and worst pharmacy in the area. You’ll wait on the one receptionist at the pharmacy for hours.

The pharmacist is argumentative and rarely has controlled Rx in stock. Furthermore, you have to call and call to get someone on the phone to tell you they’re out of stock, even though the Rx is sometimes a week or more behind, which is unacceptable for someone who needs daily medication. Oh by the way, it you happen to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy, good luck actually speaking to someone. Most times, you’ll be on hold for 10 minutes, then they’ll just hang up on you, so I suggest going directly to the pharmacy if you really want to get anything done. Actually, I suggest taking your business elsewhere, find a pharmacy that actually tries to care.

The guys in the pharmacy are rude they put you hold then hang up on when they say they are going to put you on hold. I had to call about 4 time and ended up wasting about 1 hour until i spoke to someone very bad CS.
