It's 4:13pm, the branch closes at 5pm, and it's a Monday. Why are there only three tellers (two tellers have been working on customers for over 10 minutes.)? The three bankers appear to be busy (only 1 banker has a customer). I forgot to mention the line of 10+ people? It's closing hour, all tellers at windows.
