I have had several fraud alerts and had to go in the bank to resolve the issue. The tellers are extremely helpful and always do their best to fix the issues that occur. The tellers are super friendly.

In all honesty, no other bank in Rocklin is worth going to. I have been ripped off by the other banks in Rocklin. Banner has the best services, and I have nothing but a great history with them. Im stayin! The other banks have done me dirty.
