“This branch is amazing and helped me during a very difficult time when my mother had a terrible health situation and had her identity stolen. Despite having all the legal documents the Douglas location refused to even speak with me. The teller at the Pleasant Grove location made sure someone sat down and heard me out. Nicole was a saving grace and I am so grateful for her help through those months of getting all my mom's papers in order.
