Staff is friendly and helpful... classes are hard but you can always go at your own pace... I really hate anything that involves jumping, burpees , jump rope... but I can feel myself getting stronger so that's a good sign.

This place is amazing.You want to get your butt kicked, go here!Every day is something new; very exciting.This is not HIIT. There is no rest.They even have an InBody machine there for whenever you want to use it!!Great atmosphere and people.The music choices by some trainers are horrible though, so be prepared for that.
