Let me start that I never liked gym and everything of this matter. After constant training for 9 months, I can honestly say I made friends thereafter and I gained muscles. Healthy environment, great classes, clean place(always see a guy who walks around with random stuff and clean the areas. They have very helpful trainees.

I started coming to Crunch a few months ago because I was told how amazing Trivia’s Zumba classes are! I’d never done Zumba before and was nervous to try but let me tell you, I’m hooked all because of Trivia! She’s fun, encouraging, energetic and her classes are THE BEST!
