Difficult workouts that are well led with modifications if needed. Very supportive environment. Not at all what I expected.

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do it because of a shoulder replacement, but all the trainers have been great about giving me any modifications needed. Great community, very motivating trainers! Love it!!
