I’ve been going to this gym regularly with my wife for a bit over half a year now and it truly hits all the marks.
The sign up was spectacular, with Janna working with me to find the best fitting and most affordable plan for my family including applying an available discount that I didn’t even know about. Every time we come the staff is always friendly and helpful any time we have questions.
Our trainer, JT, has been spectacular both in the gym and out, keeping us accountable in life to push towards our goals but in a professional yet loving way, teaching us multiple exercises that will benefit our fitness journey while helping us learn form any time we have questions.
Mina has been absolutely spectacular with our children during child care hours, to the point where she’s a household name even outside of the gym.
Finally I can’t forget Blaise and how helpful he has been facilitating scheduling with training and regular scans to see our progress, always friendly and helpful in every way.
All around, I can’t recommend any other gym more.

Good experience. The gym is always clean and most of the equipment is on par and in good order. Occasionally there are some pieces that need attention but that’s life. I would like to have all the machines remarked with their weight. I have no idea what the weight is in some machines.

People occupying equipment for long time while on their phones or just sitting and not working out. Broken equipment for weeks. Today, during my bench press, a guy came over and took a 5lbs weight off my rack. No asking. Just took it. Rude people around. Hardly anyone cleans machines after use.

Ventilation is bad, especially when there’s classes in session-it would be nice now that it’s cooled down-to leave the doors open. There’s hardly any soap in the bathrooms, instead of spray and paper towel-wipes would be great to wipe down machines. Paper towel is usually out on the floor and bathrooms.

I rejoined this location after being gone a year. The ladies working up front are very nice and welcoming! The gym has very good and most importantly MAINTAINED equipment. The location is clean and the manager takes pride in keeping the place up. Appreciate it!

Been coming to crunch for many years. I think the kids need to learn to get off their phone and do their workout and not hold people up on the machines. There’s also a lot of machines that are out of order on a regular basis. Other than that the staff is nice, polite and welcoming.
