“This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. “This location for SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service is incredible! They were very communicative, friendly, and honest. I’ve received oil changes from 2 other places in the Sacramento area, and was told to bring my vehicle back after 5,000 miles for the next oil change. I decided to give a SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service a try for the first time, and I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. I found out through them that the oil used for my recent oil change is recommended for a change after 7,000 - 10,000 miles, not 5,000 miles. Thankfully, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service has the same oil I needed for my vehicle and told me I don’t need to come back till 7,000 - 10,000 miles which will save me a significant amount of money compared to stopping by a place every 5,000 miles for the same oil. “Had an issue with a fuel pump installed at another auto center. That place thought it was a fuel gage issue which they were not able to do.
Brought it to Five Star and found that the fuel pump was not in correctly so the gage could work.
Also the running light on the passenger side was not working. The other auto center thought it was an electrical issue. It wasn't the bulb the other place installed was not working.
Ethan took good care of me from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process during the car repair.

“They put a number on your vehicle so they know who came first. I was the fifth in line and people who came after me, there was more than a couple that left before me. I lost count of how many. When I asked the cashier, she said that the number of the vehicle I said yeah I know but people that came in after me left before me I don’t want to go on and on about it so I said oh OK. I’ve been to a Jiffy Lube where they lie to me and told me they changed my oil long story short. Once I moved to Auburn I started going to this Jiffy Lube and put all my trust into them. So far that’s my only complaint is people leaving before me when I got there before them like way before them. I think it’s just a Jiffy Lube thing which I understand because people are quicker than others. It’s like going to the store and wondering what line to get into. Like which one moves the fastest well, you can get in line before somebody but their line moves quicker and they’re out of for you because that person is faster at the register. Same goes for Jiffy Lube it’s Just frustrating. It’s also frustrating when you’re just sitting there waiting to get into the bay and the vehicle in front of you isn’t being worked on and then you see people going in after you, but leaving before you, and finally you get to go into the bay”
