I couldn’t even get in. Fortunately, I don’t have a PO Box, but if you have a PO Box, I’m sorry that you’re not able to get into the building to check your mail.”

“This is a post office. It gets busy. Customers get stressed. I go here on a regular basis and even today, 24 May, the staff was awesome. I was behind a very rude customer who was complaining about issues that had NOTHING to do with the abilities of the Office. Staff remained calm and professional. They apologized to every customer for the wait. Excellent customer service!”

“I use this branch often. There is always a line, so just expect it. So many people are extremely rude and unprepared. Expecting workers to provide tape for ill packed boxes, argue about items shipped, angry about waiting 15 minutes. I don't expect them to smile and chit chat. But I ALWAYS smile and say thank you and have my sh*t together. They are efficient and overworked. As are most of us.”

“Ive lived near the Post Office forever! This place has the same friendly faces year after year and thats what makes it feel like a small town vibe! They're always stocked full of boxes and packing envelopes. Fast service and even a small bell for faster service!(lol) This Post Office also has a huge historical importance to Penryn. The Griffith Quarry up the street was mined for its quarry that helped build this Post Office back in the 19th century. Even has Masonic symbols and great history written on the drinking fountain outside!”

“I've used this place since 2014. I ship packages, send urgent letters, priority mail, buy stamps. They are short staffed but have passport services on Saturdays. Usually open at10 am to 4 PM except Federal holidays.”
