Just came out of this place. The old lady with white hair was rude as hell! Rolling her eyes and expecting me to know the USPS process for obtaining a new mailbox at my house. Probably the rudest USPS employee I have EVER encountered! Don’t go here if you are expecting any help of any kind.

Rude, impatient and unhelpful staff. Attempted to resolve an issue and was brushed off.

My package was out for delivery yesterday and I have waited for long long time until 9 pm, and my package was not delivered. Horrible.
