“I had the unfortunate experience of having a Caltrans cone projectile into my windshield and shatter it into millions of fine particles. The shards were in every part of my car, including the ventilation system. Chris and his crew got it all out successfully, which was quite a task. They also did a great job buffing out the hood where the cone bounced off before it hit the glass. Chris worked with our insurance company (Geico) with no problems. These guys are the best of the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for auto body repairs. Thanks again Chris!!”

“I have been using them regularly for the last three years since moving to Richmond. Their quality of work is fantastic, and Andy is great at listening to your needs and offering a range of fixes to meet your price range, insurance status, etc. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is that they're practically impossible to reach over the phone. The best method I've found is to just go there and talk to them sometime between 9 and 1130.”

“Moe, the owner is such a nice genuine guy and did an amazing job on my car! I had just gotten a new mustang when someone backed into me in a parking lot. I was really nervous about where I would take my car, I didn't know anyone so I reached out first to Walnut Creek Ford where I bought the car and the manager suggested I go here. I'm so glad I did, he gave me such a great deal, got it done fast and even did a custom job on the horse emblems on my car! First he Bejewled them for me but I live in such a hot area the sun started fading the gems. I sent him a photo and he was happy to paint them for me instead. He did an amazing job and definitely stands by his work! I will be coming here for any body work I need in the future and recommend this place to all my friends!”

“Ruben has come through for me every time I needed work on my car - even in an emergency. The first time I went to him I needed to get my belts and belt tensioner replaced. He gave me the option of buying my own parts or having him handle it. Note: parts have a warranty when he buys them. He was up front and honest about the work needed and quoted me less than other shops. He finished the job quickly and professionally.
A few days later one of my ignition coils went bad while driving. My motor started shaking, engine warning lights came on, and I couldn't drive over 30mph. I immediately turned around and went to BA Auto Repair. Within minutes, Ruben diagnosed the problem, showed me how to test the other 3 ignition coils and gave me advice/option of replacing the one bad coil or replacing all four. I decided to replace the one coil because it would take a day to get all four delivered. He put in a rush order for the coil and got me sorted within an hour!! He even offered to replace the other three coils at no extra charge if I decided to order them.
