My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.”

“First quote off of a cold call, the tire pricing from El Cerrito Tire was better than online from Tire Rack which is rare for a bricks and mortar shop. When I brought the vehicle in, the service representative saw that I had oil and a filter sitting on the passenger seat and offered to do my oil change at a fantastically reasonable price (even for someone who DIY's their oil changes) while they replaced the tire. This shop wants to earn your business and keep it.”

“Recommended by my insurance for a accident, G and C auto freak in Rocks!!! very professional, top quality work great employees, they will go above and beyond to make me happy, while the repairs were being done we had to leave the state for a family emergency, they agreed to keep my car safe at their shop until we returned, they could of charged us a storage fee but were nice enough to hold the car. I hope to not need a body shop again but if i do they will be my first choice and if anyone i know needs body work i will recommend them to anyone”

“Got quoted $1300 for a leaking radiator at another mechanic, I brought it to Ruben. He lifted the car up to personally show me that there was no leak and that they had lied to me, he then offered to do the job for $200. He did it as well as some other work for a 100,000 mile tuneup and the car has been running wonderfully, work was honest and priced very fair. Hard to find a good honest mechanic but look no further than B A auto. Brought my truck in after for a list of repairs and everything was done perfectly including special requests. Grateful for the good work and I would recommend to anyone in need of auto work in the area.”
“Got my Pathfinder lookin new again! Front end was smashed in right through the radiator ?♂️ swapped the grill, radiator, bumper, air bags were deployed and the owner travelled around to find replacements for the steering wheel and passenger side dash board, seat belts were locked up because of crash security but owner travelled around to grab those replacements from scrap yards as well. Solid shop owner along with his 2nd in charge who was super helpful too! Good guys, honest, hard working… FAIR PEOPLE! They even tightened up a couple things and replaced the starter because that went out as soon as I came to pick it up and DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA! Just wanted to finish the job with integrity ? I would highly recommend and I will return if I ever need body work again. And real talk… I don’t trust people. A lot of people are trying to squeeze anything extra outta your pocket but this small shop is A1 ? trust that! Solid dudes! The turnaround might not be 1-2 days but it’s a small place with only a couple guys so quality work takes a minute. If you want the job done right, check’em out! ??”
“These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. Kirk got my car inspected, prepped and had the work order approved in 1 hour for me. They got my car done in 10 days! Bill and Kirk treat their customers like real people, not just a number in a waiting line. Kirk even delivered my car to me since I couldn't drive after a surgery, going far above and beyond. If you want to have your car taken care of by professional, thorough, and just super rad people all around, look no further. They'll take good care of you and then some. Just look at the before and after pictures if you want proof. Thanks so much Bill and Kirk, y'all are amazing.”

“Excellent customer service by this shop. They replaced my truck drivers side door pins. I purchased the pins, and also got the stronger oversized versions. I've had this replacement of pins done several times. I learned that it was a factory flaw. Factory pins are too small for the weight of the door. Anyway, Stewart's drilled the hinge assembly to accommodate the larger pins. They completed the job extreamly fast. Brought the truck in at 8:00 am, and picked it up the same day. I would highly recommend this shop. They are extreamly professional & won't charge you and arm & a leg. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my body shop needs.
