Friendly service, great deals! Came in with a specific budget and style in mind and Ralph was able to help me find the perfect couch, and saved me a few hundred dollars too! Very happy and can’t wait for the couch to arrive!Had to change to 3 stars as the couch was supposed to deliver 10/4, then got delayed to today, 10/12. Just got a phone call that now they can’t deliver until Saturday 10/14. Extremely disappointed that this couch is now delayed 10 days and don’t fully trust that it will even arrive on Saturday.

It was my first visit at Ashley’s . They have varieties of furniture. Also, have good deal on it. Greg helped me and my husband with our bed. He was pleasant and calm. He made our experience ‘the best’. He also gave us good deal on bed panels and mattress.We will definitely come back because I am going to buy a sofa set that I really loved it.

Gabriel and Robert were so helpful with my wife and I getting new furniture even though we were just looking they helped us fall in love with the set we bought. We don’t regret it at all. Definitely had a great experience.

The in-store experience was fine. The prices were reasonable so we purchased a sofa and love seat to be delivered 9/23 (two weeks later). The morning before, we received a text message confirming the next day delivery. The morning of, we woke up early to get rid of our previous couches but when he hadn't heard anything, my boyfriend called to find out that they had been on back order since 2 days prior. The day before the text confirming delivery. Now I'm stuck sitting on hardwood floors for the next week with a screwed up back.

I've gone to Ashley twice in the last 7 years for couches and both times have been great experiences. Today I worked with Robert, he was helpful, patient, and funny. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything or to rush into a decision. I highly recommend this Ashley store.

I went to Ashley’s to look at sectionals. I was greeted at the door by Ralph who assisted me. There was no pressure and Ralph was thoroughly courteous and professional even helping me pick up some clearance items. Purchasing the sectional was easy, quick and Ralph did not encourage me to buy any extras. I’ve been purchasing my furniture from Ashley’s for years and will continue to do so as long as I receive good customer service. To me, good customer service and company’s that back their products are better than low prices.

Q and Raj were very helpful in helping us find the perfect couch for our first apartment! I would definitely recommend going to Ashley’s and buying from them they were super sweet as well ! And very welcoming they weren’t following us around the store like other sales people do. Definitely would come back again! Thank you to them ! Very excited to receive our couches !

I was greeted as soon as I walked in so I could talk about what I was looking for. Ralph Hernandez took me to all the recliners in the store that I had described. He stated the price and fabrics/colors that were available in each particular chair. The whole experience was really relaxed (No pressuring tactics). Ralph pointed out each item he was including on the bill so I understood what each charge was for. Great salesmanship and a beautiful store.

We bought a sectional sofa for my grandma, who is particular about her furniture. Jenna was very patient and helpful and even rearranged some sectionals to give us a better idea of the layout we were looking for. She was excellent! And the Labor Day Sale prices were unmatched. Highly reccomend.

I have purchased many furniture items from Ashely furniture over the years and I still continue to go back ??Our Associate was Jim C. this time and he was great. He greeted us right away when we walking in, but did NOT make me feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. You know, the car salesman vibe. He was very helpful in helping me find a new bedroom set up for my teenager. He answered all the questions, but gave us plenty of space, which I totally appreciate. We were able to find the right bed for my growing teenager. They were so nice and even let us take our furbaby in ?

Moved into a new apartment and got all of our furniture from this store. Raj was so helpful in pointing out items that were currently stocked and would ship quickly. Our space is small and we needed furniture that wouldn’t overwhelm the space. The selection was great at this store and we had plenty of dining tables and smaller couches to choose from. Would definitely come back!

Greg at Rohnert Park was great. He greeted us when we walked in, we told him we were just looking, and he didn't pressure us at all. Let us know if we needed anything he was there. We found 1 item and kept looking. He got us in the system and immediately gave us space. He actually suggested another chair and we totally loved it. We finished our transaction, picked a delivery date, and we're done. His no pressure style was a welcome style in today's sales pressure culture. Thanks so much!

The sales person was friendly but not overbearing. He let me look around and returned occasionally to see if I liked anything & when I found something I liked he created discounts due to my Veteran status to allow me to get an item I wasn’t expecting at this time. Great service.. & I wish more sales people would model his style.
