Strip Mall CVS store with zero style.Yep ,...they have what U want , .... or U can walk over to Safeway .... or Raley's ...... or anywhere, but CVS.

I visitedat the CVA 6378 Commercece BlvI Rohnert Parck CA this evening. A kind floor clerk walked me over to the distilled water section. The evening pharmacist helped check the ingredients of an eye cream against another produce I'm take and she said I could savely use the cream. Excellent customer serverice.

I went to pick up my prescription and when I went to the desk they said that it won't be ready til 12 when the app said 11 o'clock. They made me wait 2 hours when they could have filled my order and get me on the way. But no they laughed and helped every other customer but me. Another customer came in and the lady at the register asked the pharmacist to squeeze her in to get her prescription now. When I have been waiting for 2 hours. Then they Never talked to me or even say it will be ready soon. Nothing ! I will never come to this cvs ever again. I advise no one to come to this place. Rohnert park on commerce blvd. Very poor service

I normally wait to write a review. But I needed to share. A shout out to Lisa for helping me feel safe today. And all the others. Rose and all others. Sorry I have forgotten everyone's names. And also a fellow merchant. Teresa. There was a very unhappy man. And he acting out. I unfortunately have suffered something from the past. So it was much harder on myself. And all CVS cared about was protecting everybody else. They took charge contacted the authorities. Which all was taken care of quickly. This is my second time in the store. I love how nice they are and helpful. Today they went over and above. I am forever grateful to you all

So I go in to load money onto my venmo card because my accounts were in the red due to unrelated circumstances. I've never ever. Even once in my life put money ONTO my venmo card. Cash money. Near the end of the transaction the chick (nice but seemed new) - asked senior worker what was up with the system. I couldn't hear the answer. "It won't load for some reason. Maybe try another place. " (By this time a gargantuan line had formed, as she was the only person on register. She returned my money, but hurriedly and with no explanation as to why I drove across town just to waste my time and get no customer service?On top of all that, they wanted to charge me over 5$ to load $115. Which, going by the info online, its higher than any other business or bank I could choose to make a deposit. Well, there goes a decent chunk of my life I'll never get back.

Horrible customer service, I am astonished that this company doesn’t care that they have such a horrible rating and does nothing to make there customers experience better. also they do not answer there phones at all so every time I get me prescription filled it takes at least two trips.

Went to CVS to get meds, walked up to the pharmacy as they were finishing up with a customer might have taken a minute for them to finish. Went to the window she said we're closed... I said it's 7:01pm, she said, we close at 7pm... what ?? you can't get my meds that are ready... no we close at 7pm you will have to come back after 9am... are you kidding me, I was pissed to say the least. What has this world come to? Seriously walked out at 7:02pm... a guy that was standing there couldn't believe that they did that... says welcome to America. What a joke
