This CVS is always understaffed and unorganized. I feel bad for the people working there, trying to always scramble. Because of understaffing the service is horrible.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They won’t answer their phone and won’t fill a prescription under 4 hours. Terrible in every way. Deserve 0 stars. Also will override Dr orders. I thought Mendocino Ave CVS was bad, they are 5 star compared to Commerce.

Just plain awful if you are planning on getting a surgery and are expecting them to get you the painkillers your doctor/dentist prescribed you, It will be an all day battle while you're in extreme pain.
