“I have been using ARU for years. Communication is important and ARU is great about it. Estimates up front are usually the bill when the work is done. I left a previous mechanic because it was just the opposite, always more than I expected. Dave is great about getting you in asap, often the next day. Never, not once have I had to return to have something re-repaired. That should be a given but not true of all shops. All in all, Dave is a great guy, easy to work with, fair, honest and affordable.”

“I needed my brakes fixed because they were getting super squeaky while driving in and out of the parking space. It turns out, the brakes were rusty. Thankfully, I didn't need to get any of the rotors replaced. IMO, they're fair and honest.
