“Knowing car needed oil change, I called several businesses. When I called Express Oil Changer I spoke with Masho, regular change $59.99 synthetic change $79.99. I wanted synthetic, which was at least $30.00 less then others. When I arrived was greeted right away by Masho, stating not busy now, maybe 15 minutes. While waiting in waiting area he brought my attention to my filthy cabin filter, of course replace. Reasonable price. Then saw sign AC Services, could tell car needed, during heat wave the car started getting warmer when AC was on. Reached out to Masho, they checked, just needed Refrigerant. Again, reasonable price. Definitely would recommend, great customer service, Thanks Masho!”

“I took my car to Empire this morning for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation. They couldn’t have been nicer. I ordered a Lyft to drive me home and while I was waiting one of their mechanics offered me a ride. When I told him I already ordered a pick up, he said they will pick me up when my car is ready. I took them up on their offer! My car was ready 1-1/2 hour after I dropped it off and they thoroughly checked it out. My invoice included details on my breaks, belt & hose check, lights, tire rotation & pressure, and fluids. Their work is warranteed for two years/24,000 miles. I couldn’t be happier that I found a great mechanic in Petaluma. I have complete faith in their honesty and high level service ethic. They won’t steer you wrong!”
