“Brought my car here for a brake inspection and to fix a loose fuel line. These guys were so nice. They took a quick look right away then scheduled repairs for the next day. They charged me a nominal fee for service, $50 for a break inspection, $60 to anchor the fuel line. The Nissan dealerships in Santa Rosa and Petaluma wouldn't even look at it unless I paid them $200 for a diagnostic FIRST. This is a used car that we bought for my son, and we just wanted to make sure that the brakes were safe, and we knew that the fuel line just needed a gasket or a bolt. We truly felt like the dealerships just want to rip you off. You get good honest service here, nobody trying to up charge you, fast service, responsive, professional, and incredibly nice. Kinda restores my faith in humanity. I won't be going anyplace else in the future for auto repairs, now that I've found a place I can actually trust. Big thanks to Tom especially, who took the time to listen to my concerns and look at my car on the spot.”

I found owner, Brian to be forthright and caring about the advice he gave me. I used that prior experience to call upon him and his expertise in repairing my Solara. He told me what was needed, prioritized it for my budget and even had a loaner car for me so I could keep my medical appointments. I found his shop's service exemplary and my car is running like a top again. I am ery happy with it. You will not be disappointed if you want to have any of the services his shop provides. Forget the dealership charges and get the necessary services and not the added fluff that dealers add to your auto services.”

“I took my Acura here to SMOG before selling it to a private party, sure that it would pass, as it always had. Failed. Apparently if your battery dies (which mine did) it resets an error code that requires driving up to 60 miles to reset. With this advice, I took it to Petaluma and back, and what do you know? Passed!! Their advice was spot on and they helped me get it passed so I could pass it on!! Check them out!!”

I left a previous mechanic because it was just the opposite, always more than I expected. Dave is great about getting you in asap, often the next day. Never, not once have I had to return to have something re-repaired. That should be a given but not true of all shops. All in all, Dave is a great guy, easy to work with, fair, honest and affordable.”

“I have to admit I was surprised at the excellent service that I received at G & C Auto Body on Commerce Blvd in Rohnert Park. Honestly, This business was not my first choice to have my auto repaired. However, much to my surpise, the entire process starting with the claims agent from Geico Insurance Company was easy and professional with excellent customer care and a great repair to my Chevy Volt. Thanks to Jeff Ballard the General Manager (and his entire staff) for overseeing the entire process. He answered all my questions and kindly and professionally responded to my many phone calls. He made sure that my rental car was ready for me and my car was returned to me in a most timely manner. The repair was terrific with no telltale signs of the damage that was incurred. While I hope that I will not have to go back to G & C Auto Body anytime soon, I would highly recommend them for excellent service, professionalism, and great work.”

“We have never been to a Les Schwab before but we will be customers from now on. We went to pepboys just down the street and ordered $1300 set of tires 3 wks ago on 10/5, showed up yesterday for our appt and they didn't have them. No apology or solution was offered, just told that "the tires are non existant". We went over to this location and when we told Manny what had happened he apologized that that happened to us (which pepboys didn't do). He had better tires in stock for cheaper, and was able to do it the same day. We were so glad, as we leave to travel cross country next week. Manny was extremely nice and helpful. He won our business from now on.”

I had my 1967 Chevy Caprice worked on from Vince and his crew, and was very surprised with the difference of the performance my car had when I picked it up. I was so happy that I brought in my son's 1968 barracuda to get finished with the restoration. Because I was not able to (Lack of time) and again Vince his crew are amazing. “This was my second time getting repairs done at Bowens and they're always so great. After getting overcharged for poor work at other shops Bowens is always my go to. They're able to quickly get me in, honest with quotes and what is absolutely necessary versus what I can hold off on for now if needed, work is done quickly and efficiently. I had my water pump replaced there last year, and just recently got my cam shaft sensor replaced. Car has been working perfectly and the staff it so nice! Even called a few days after to make sure I wasn't having any issues :)”

“Great job! So far, everything is fine and my new Tesla looks like new. Raven was particularly helpful. Lars didn't always respond in a timely manner. I'm not sure how many projects Lars was juggling, so it could be that he had too much on his plate. Sadly, it took 7 weeks for the repair to be completed, hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars. It's possible that this wasn't their fault, but due to Tesla part delivery delays. I would recommend them for Tesla body work. Just be patient.”
