The employees are always so nice and I love when I stop by and they have kitties in the adoption room, I wish I could adopt them all ?

No grooming service. Made an appointment and they canceled the Day it was supposed to be. They offer me a reschedule 20 days after appointment. Poor service.

Seems quality of the food is not what it used to be. The new manager is very receptive and kind. He cares deeply about customer service and the servers do their best. We ate at the Petaluma Cattleman's. It is always busy so a lot of people still enjoy the ambience,as do l.
