PetSmart is a massive, very clean, and local store with a good wide selection of stuff for many pets. The place offers lots of choices to choose from, including new cats for adoption every Saturday. Select locations provide services like pet grooming, which receives high recommendations for being a positive experience where employees listen to needs and deliver. The employees are nice people who explain everything and provide helpful customer service, such as handling returns. Shoppers can find everything from bird food and chameleons to fish tanks and aquatic plants, often leaving with more than they planned. It is a treat to see new cute fluffy faces and look around.
My sweet girl decided to roll in poop on a walk, and I had to be back at work in a short period of time. I had to get her clean, but I did not have the time but luckily the staff was able to take her in at a very short notice and clean her up. They were very friendly and my dog loved them.

Normally very understaffed & busy, the staff will roll their eyes or give you attitude when you kindly ask for assistance with crickets when they have time.. im willing to wait but they must hate it with a passion. Otherwise its clean & the check out process is smooth.
