“They have a 24hr self service kiosk that gives you a receipt when you drop off a package which I cannot seem to find anywhere else. When I’ve gone in to get full service I’ve always been met with kind faces and smiles. Sure they’re not peppy or on a cheer squad but that’s okay. Polite and professional is what I’ve had.”
“Astrid & Bruce are very kind and helpful people. The other staff I don't know the names of, but they've never given me a problem, and I would say they've also been generally helpful.
I don't know what peoples problems are with the staff at this location, it seems like as long as you are nice to them, they are nice to you. Treat them as you'd want them to treat you, and don't feel so entitled.”

“Kara (spelling?) was fantastic! She went way above and beyond to assist me with our business not receiving our mail while moving between office spots. She showed so much empathy after seeing how depressed I was, and she asked for my number, and then did a deep search to find our mail. She then texted me to let me know she found it and that I could come back to pick it up. She not only made my day, she made my week, and possibly saved my job! If USPS has Employee of the Month, she deserves it! Such a nice, friendly person with exceptional customer service. I wish everybody was as caring as she is. Good job Cara, thank you USPS!!!”
