Never have I gone here without at lease 8 people in line and 2 tellers while 2-3 others stand behind the counter or sit behind the counter. I think you need to rethink your staffing and have more tellers available.

My main issues are: They refused to accept a cash deposit into a friend's account because I do not have an account there. I now have an auto loan, but I cannot make an additional "principle only" payment online. I have to mail it in like it was 1975 or go into the branch and wait in their long lines. Long lines - hard to tell where theirs ends and RCU's begins. Terrible reputation for opening accounts without permission. The only positive is they are next door to Kyoto, which is schamazing.

I like Wells Fargo I've had my card hacked 4 times all 4 times they shut it down before the hackers could harm me. In today's world, I'm very appreciative of this. I've visited 3 of their branches their service to people is spot on. I was homeless about 4 years ago the branch in Santa Rosa treated me very respectfully I'll never forget that. In a world that looks down on homeless people they didn't, it helped me greatly giving me the choice to help myself

Very slow services, waited in line for 7-minutes. Needs to improve customer service and/or manager to wake-up.

Ridiculous bad service. Customers being forced to line up Outside building. Ridiculous to try and do business with this bank. I was trying to open a bank account to put my Disability checks in and for banking transactions. After stand in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And the biggest insult was To face There attitude was that. You have make an appointment to open a new account a week away. How ridiculous and not customer service

The reason I DON'T have a Wells Fargo bank account is due to the lack of branches they provide their clients. And what branches you are able to find, well the number of tellers they have working during their busiest times is minimal at best. Ridiculous. The only reason I have to visit Wells Fargo is work related. Today I waited in a line that practically went around the building. Funny thing is, they have a mini branch right across the street inside a Raleys grocery store. There are at least 3 teller windows, but alas, no tellers. A visit there, when the line at the full branch is super long, will only get you 2 friendly ATMs.....For a multi-billion dollar business to treat their customers like cattle is pretty horrible, I guarantee you'll have much better service at a nice, small local bank or credit union and be treated like a human....
