This bank is not so convenient to open an account at. They ask you to make an appointment for that. Other services are outstanding, but sometimes there's a wait.

Never have I gone here without at lease 8 people in line and 2 tellers while 2-3 others stand behind the counter or sit behind the counter. I think you need to rethink your staffing and have more tellers available.
