“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“I bought a buttload of t-shirts $800 @ blankshirts.com and I spent more buying directly from Los Angeles Apparel and Royal Apparel many of the brands I bought @ blankshirts.com are not worth mentioning!After a year of use the Next Level shirts held up better and were my favorites than all the other manufacturers: Los Angeles Apparel, Bella & Canvas, Royal Apparel. Kudos to the person responsible for quality control at Next Level!”
“I needed to get one or two very personalized and special gifts for my great niece who is approximately 6 months pregnant. She is expecting a baby boy and the baby's father was only 20 years old and unfortunately killed in a tragic car accident. I wanted to have the baby name put on a quality robe and Rosie who is young and so very talented really came through for me. She also was able to put a very special message on a onesie that I wanted to have on it for my great great nephew soon to be born. Her work was so exceptional and beautifully done that when I presented the items to my great niece that she had to try very hard to hold back the tears. Thanks you Rosie for running an exceptional business and I will highly recommend you to everyone that I encounter who might be looking for quality gifts to give to someone special.”

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

She knew her inventory extremely well and guided me with creating these cozy little works of art! I literally had custom monogrammed blankets within 2 hours. If you’re going to a baby shower, this is the place to create something truly special and unique.”

“I go to JCP Salon in Carson for my hair styling by Rebecca, master styler. She always greets me, listens to my stories and puts the perfect color match in my "natural" hair. I've gotten so many compliments since she has been taking care of my hair needs. The styling needs for me as a senior are still important. I appreciate having my hair needs met locally by someone who truly loves doing hair.”
“I dropped into this location after I learned my Airbnb didn’t have an iron. I needed a suit a shirt steamed for a wedding in a few hours. The tailor Cor took my items right away, despite a backlog of work, and steamed out all the wrinkles. He did it free of charge and politely declined my tip, saying only “please just remember Nordstrom.” I certainly will - outstanding customer service!”

I had the absolute pleasure of discovering Bella Beach Kids during a private event, and I can honestly say it’s so much more than a kids’ store — it’s a treasure trove for everyone! They carry an incredible mix of kids’, women’s, and men’s items, including beachwear, luxurious lotions, soaps, Parfum, creams, and even exquisite jewelry. Truly, everything you can think of under one roof!
During the event, I was gifted samples from Atelier Rebul Istanbul, including the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, perfume, and hand & body lotion — and I completely fell in love. The scent is beyond amazing, and today I returned to purchase the full-size products, especially the shampoo and conditioner. They’re perfect for traveling and feel so luxurious.
A special shoutout to Marinés, the manager, who was warm, genuine, and incredibly welcoming. Her energy made me want to stay and just enjoy the space — and trust me, I’m not usually a shopper. But this store is different. It feels like a little oasis.
If you’re anywhere near Manhattan Beach Boulevard, this store is a must-visit. After shopping, you can stroll down to the pier or grab a bite at one of the many nearby restaurants. You can easily turn your visit into a perfect beachside day.
