“I drove pretty far to come here but it was all worth it. I arrived at 3pm there was only 2-3 people ahead of me. Very clean and nice quiet area. The young lady is amazing all the way from her work ethic to her customer service skills. She was alone managing multiple people at once and still giving it her all. I did have to wait until it was my turn as people were in front of me and I was technically a walk in but I am not complaining I completely understand and I will be back. Thank you!”

The staff provide excellent service for shipping, include packaging materials if you are mailing parcels (boxes), and they work with all of the major services if you prefer having faster shipping or like a particular service. 10/10, would recommend!”

“I've had a box here for 4 years. Never a problem. The owner is a great guy. Funny reading some bad reviews here considering I've never had a problem and always received great customer service. Sometimes customers are stupid and I don't blame the owner for not caring about them. If you look at the bad reviewers you can often see they give bad reviews to everybody. For some reason they like causing pain onto others. Should see a psychologist for help instead of lashing out at people just making a living. Life is short. Get a life disgruntled customers.”

“Went there yesterday to drop off FedEx overnight package, was my first time using them for shipping so was a bit hesitant but went very well. They were somewhat busy, about 3 ppl (including myself) in line with another being attended to and the attendant behind the counter recognize i had a pre-paid label and called me to the front so I can be served immediately. He then proceeded to get me a receipt and I was on my way. Great customer service, love small businesses and will definitely use in the future.”

“I called in crisis for my stepdad in need of notary service for his dad’s medical information. It was 20 mins until the store closed so I expected no luck for same day but was hoping that we could notarize it in the morning. I spoke with Glen and immediately let him know my step dad’s dilemma, I told him I understood that they were closing and I told him the timeframe we had to get this info notarized. Glen then offered with no hesitation to stay late so that my dad could come and get this taken care of. He went out of his way to do this for my family. He was NOT asked to! Glen is a phenomenal person and a phenomenal member of the team at this store. He spoke to me with empathy and just overall kindness. My stepdad successfully got his affairs in order all because of Glen! Sometimes we forget how far kindness can stretch. The world needs more people like him that can change the perspective of how we perceive customer service, empathy, respect, and kindness. If he isn’t already a manager or owner? He should be! Thank you glen! may you continue to succeed in everything you do!”
