The upcharge is a bit too much.
Brought an item wrapped already weighing a pound with dimensions of about 3x3x5 was placed in a 8x8x8 box (the smallest they said they have). This would normally cost $9 with USPS shipped priority. Paid $20 and will take over a week to deliver.
Was in a time crunch so just decided to get it out but wont be going back.

Iāve been coming here consistently for over two years, and every single employee has always been incredibly helpful and considerateāno matter how complicated my printing requests are. I usually come in to print recital programs, certificates, lamination projects, and more, and the team always goes above and beyond to streamline the process. Theyāve even helped me find cost-effective alternatives I wouldnāt have thought of on my own. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer care. I look forward to continuing to rely on them for all my printing needs. Thank you all for the fantastic service!

On 5/13/25 I arrived at this UPS location right at the end of their posted open hours (6:00 pm). When I parked the door to the store was propped open so I got my package from my car, started towards the door (about 20 feet away), realized I forgot my wallet, so went back to my car to get it and as I was walking back to the store an employee closed the door. When I took the final steps to get to the door and tested it, it was locked. I stood outside for a couple minutes hoping that because I was there so close to closing they still might fit me in. NOBODY in the store even acknowledged I was there, didnāt bother coming over to say āsorryā we canāt assist you, or anything else that would have been good customer relations. I accept that I was there right at closing, and technically didnāt make it in to the store before the door was closed, but to be 3 seconds away from doing so and not even get an āIām sorryā irritated me. I will NOT be using this branch anymore. There are too many other options available.

Mostly all workers at this store are unfriendly. Seems like they hire only this type person. Otherwise a good store.

Exceptional customer service from Chad & Eric. I had a ton of returns I had to do for Amazon and they allowed me to take my time, didn't rush me, and gave enjoyable conversation the entire time.
