“I didn't get the at&t representative that helped me out, after going to 2 other stores that couldn't give me any information for my issue, But this guy right away greeted me, very polite and asked me what can he help with with, I explained my situation and in 5 minutes he had the information in need printing, excellent customer service highly recommended! I will be going back and getting he's name and editing this review.”
“I contacted South Bay Mobile Repairs to see if they could repair the cracked screen of my Note 8. Since my phone is so old and they don't make it anymore, I wasn't sure if they would be able to. To my surprise, they said they could order the screen and replace it! They saved me from having to purchase a new phone! They are super courteous, and professional! I dropped my phone off and a few hours later, it was like new! Thank you fellas!! You did not disappoint! ?”

“When I walked in, there was a line of people waiting for services. A gentleman was by himself, but he was taking care of every single customer with care and providing services they needed. I cracked front and back of my cellphone so needed an immediate service. My phone is 4 years old so three stores I went prior didn't have a touchscreen replacement, but this store did! He replaced it within one hour and my phone works great! Thank you for your service. Highly recommended.”

Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.

They actually made it worse so I brought it here and they let me know all of my options and I decided to get it fixed here. They went above expectation and brought it back to life. “Cricket is a nice alternative to MetroPCS. Ever since T-Mobile took over metro the service has dramatically declined. T-Mobile does not back Metro at all. Cricket is an AT&T company service cell service is the same. But customer service is better.”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”
