“I contacted South Bay Mobile Repairs to see if they could repair the cracked screen of my Note 8. Since my phone is so old and they don't make it anymore, I wasn't sure if they would be able to. To my surprise, they said they could order the screen and replace it! They saved me from having to purchase a new phone! They are super courteous, and professional! I dropped my phone off and a few hours later, it was like new! Thank you fellas!! You did not disappoint! ?”

“When I walked in, there was a line of people waiting for services. A gentleman was by himself, but he was taking care of every single customer with care and providing services they needed. I cracked front and back of my cellphone so needed an immediate service. My phone is 4 years old so three stores I went prior didn't have a touchscreen replacement, but this store did! He replaced it within one hour and my phone works great! Thank you for your service. Highly recommended.”

“The team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and communicative (when I called them) and even though they were not able to repair my laptop all that was charged was the diagnostic fee and due to the nature of my issue I completely understood any other fee was waived and I was referred to a nearby mom and pop shop that does more specialty repairs and even gave me a discount card for those services. “This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”
