Short but honest experience. My phone had a charging issue the past week that I couldn't fix myself. Was prepared to have to pay for a repair, but Alex found the simple root cause within 30 seconds and didn't charge me anything. I appreciated the generous and honest help, which isn't a common experience these days.

My phone stopped working in the morning. I left a message and he got back to me. He took less than 45 minutes to complete and he even cleaned my front camera which was dusty from the inside. I did not even mention it before I dropped it off. Great attention to detail. Would go 100x again.
