Losing a key costs $10 but if you find another key and turn it in they keep your money. You got a key back it shouldn't matter which key it is. So you get back something you would've lost had i not turned it in but keep my money. Unfair and unappreciative.

Nice hotel. Clean bed, clean bathroom and romm. Nice client oriented staff. would I stay there again? Yes. No iron and board. Mr. Manager, please, buy some and leave at the reception.
