“At my local store, finding a Home Depot employee to get an item out of the locked cages has taken me 45 minutes. Anytime you need help or have a question, be prepared to wait. The self check out is deplorable; I absolutely hate them. I will go somewhere else to buy what I need when self check out is the only option available at The Home Depot.
Update: I went in today and they had 4 people directing and helping people at the self check out. They only have 4 self check stations. So how is it that this saves either the customer or the business time and or money.”

“The new employee Ryan in the appliance section was unbelievably helpful we went to shop for a new fridge and washer but the one we liked had a lot of features we We’re unfamiliar with when we asked Ryan what they meant instead of just saying I’m not sure they spent time trying to figure it out and let us know when they did very kind and helpful and patient. “Today I went in with my boyfriend to make him his set of keys for the house so he can have his own. We asked a worker in front where do we go make the keys I didn't get his name but he told us. We went to the kiosk and here comes the district manager Richard asking us if we need help. We said yes. He made 4 keys for us today. He was so friendly and helpful. The incorporation of car oils....daily living items as soap for laundry and dishwashing liquid can be purchased there. Great selection of potting flowers...oil for cats... Napkins.....weewooowwwww ..air conditioning units....floor fans.... Hoses...seeds...and so much more...wwewooooowwwww the store has come a long way....very smart set up..
