“I was very upset at myself for being clumsy and dropping my phone on the pavement. As a result, my screen cracked. I am on a tight budget and didn't have the money to buy another phone. Thankfully, my friend, who also had a cracked screen last year recommended A&A phone care to me. She had her screen replaced here and thought they did a good job for a reasonable price. I needed to use my phone asap but didn't want to run around town looking for a repair shop so I took my friend's advice to get my phone fixed here. I'm so glad I did. I got my screen replaced while having lunch nearby and when I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised by the looks of my phone. It looks like new. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have not had any issues. I'm just happy I don't need to buy another phone. If anything changes, I will come back and give an update.”
“Pablo is the MAN. Every time I walk into this location he offers the best customer service and product knowledge that I've encountered being a Metro PCS customer for 11 years now. I've been to plenty of locations, and sadly most of them have very incompetent employees; whether it be customer service wise or product knowledge wise. NOT THIS LOCATION.”
