I take my puppy to Petsmart for their training classes. Andrew is such a great guy with the dogs. My puppy just loves him. He really did help me with the training of my puppy she is doing so much better. They offer different levels of training and even private lessons.
I was going to take my puppy there also to be groomed but to me the price was a little to high and the woman that I talked with was I little bit rude. When I walked in she was on the phone with a customer and once she was off she didn't say hello or hi just"What do you need". When I told her what I was looking for in my puppy's hair cut she said we don't do that kind of a hair cut you will need to go some place else that does specialty hair cuts but I kept trying to tell her that I didn't want this specific cut just something like it she just insisted I needed to go to a different groomer which I did.
The store always has friendly workers and are helpful and they have a really nice selection of food, toys, treats and supplies. I just wish they offered nicer harnesses for dogs. The store also offers pet adoption and they have vaccination clinics. The prices and not bad. The puppy food I buy is the same price as on Chewy and I don't have to wait a few days for it to come in the mail. They also offer curb side pick up, autoship, shopping and save day delivery.

Great PetSmart overall, and I highly recommend Jackie from grooming. She has been taking care of our Pomeranian for many years now and she always does a superb job.

:: Service :: I was struggling to figure out which brand of dog food to buy for the pups I'm fostering and thankfully a gentleman (maybe the manager?) at the store asked if I needed helped and guided me on a brand that was suitable and affordable. Knowing me, I would've been there for hours researching on Google. So grateful for that gentleman!

The service from the staff here is very poor. Need to buy a big bathtub and buy a small fish. I don't know if they sell fish tanks or fish.and i want talk to manager。one people kody say He is the manager。 Shops like this should be closed.

Was not what i expected almost 100 dollars so my dog looked like it got ran over by a landmore, the tech only said she tried her best i expected better from them still like the store but not the salon.
