“The owner George is super honest. I work for and HVAC company and we take our vehicles here to get serviced. He quotes us and never pressures us to make the repair. It's always a recommendation, and if there's multiple repairs needed, he'll recommend what to prioritize.
There was one time that they accidentally cracked one of the rear lights and to be honest, I wouldn't have known but he went ahead and replaced it. This place is owned by a man of integrity and we'll keep bringing our vehicles to him.”

“This place is great! Even though they are a little bit pricey but their forklift is worth every penny!! The staff answered all my questions. They couldn’t be sure 100 percent to stay in my budget especially on how many days I was having it for but they did their best!!! I totally recommend if you need a forklift!!!”
“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”
“We have a commercial account and rent from this location a lot. Paul the owner?/manager? takes customer service to the next level. He's always there to assist when needed. We recently had a time-sensitive problem with a tire on a 26' truck and he had someone out there to change out the tire in less than an hour. I will sing Paul's praises to whomever will listen.”

“Make sure the key works for both doors and the ignition. if it doesn't be sure to let the customer know. Ashley explained everything to me and she was so helpful. I had to extend my days a few times and they never had a problem with extending it. I had a family emergency and I called to extend my time for a day or two and Ashly gave me a week just in case I may need the time. I would highly recommend renting from them. You will be very pleased.”

“You make an appt for service & reserve parts then the parts are not here. They say they cant pick up truck & then they pick up truck. They say you cant drop trailer & then you can drop trailer. This location is super hit or miss. I think they mean well & the workers are cool and attentive but sheesh man. 0 parking & space here fyi. Good turn around time for sure.”
“I’ve used this spot 4 or 5 times in the past year to rent a U-haul, usually to transport my artwork. Came in clutch for a smog check once when picking up a truck. Dude is super nice, seems like he only has a handful of trucks/vans so it’s not like one of those big lots where you can find yourself waiting for a million years. I’m usually in and out in minutes. Totally my neighborhood U-Haul dealer. ?”
