Idk why this only has such low ratings. Ya gotta bring it packed and labeled. Maybe people don't know that and are disappointed. I arrived and waited like five minutes max. Employee wasn't chewing gum. He was friendly. Scanned my package, and I was on my way.

This is only a drop off location, you have to have your envelope and label printed and taped - they have no supplies.
