“I recently shopped at the Staples at Stanford Ranch location and would like to comment on the great service I received. Not being familiar with the ink my new printer used I stood looking at the display of ink and felt overwhelmed as where to start. Perhaps I should have been better prepared! Thank Will, Sales Associate, who took the time to help. He was patient, had a good sense of humor and was nice to look at. Candy at the checkout was equally pleasant. Staples, you have two employees that gave exemplary customer service which will keep me coming back.”

“Amazing service! Came in on my lunch break to print some Christmas tags. Ally was very helpful in what I needed to do, and she printed them for me right there on the spot. I then accidentally ripped them when cutting them there and Albert reprinted and cut them for me! During a time when people can be overworked and grumpy this place was smooth and a great experience. “Although I have been a steady customer for the past 11 years, I can honestly say, the business is absolutely better than it's ever been. New owners took over earlier this year and the quality of services provided improved greatly. We used to walk on eggshells with the previous ownership. Gury and staff have created a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers of all types. Everyone is just as important whether shipping large boxes or making 3 photocopies. “Postal Annex is a breath of fresh air, a sigh of relief... in this busy world we live in it's nice to know that there's a place where you can pop in, get your packages shipped and go on about the rest of your day.This is such a place.The lady there is sooo nice, she got my package addressed and done in just a couple of minutes. “I needed to send a couple of birthday presents to my daughter at UCSB, but didn't have a box the right size and so I just took my gifts and the card in a shopping bag to the UPS store and I explained that it was for my kid's birthday in Isla Vista in five days. My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. But I thought her calling and asking me was such a thoughtful thing to do. THAT is was I think of as great customer service.”

“I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at my local UPS store. Whether I'm here for supplies, dropping off a prepaid package, or doing an Amazon return, I've found the location convenient, with close parking usually available. They work quickly to get customers in and out while still providing excellent service. During mornings, lunch hour, or holidays, I need to set my expectations to wait a few minutes longer, but usually I've gotten in and out. I especially appreciate the Amazon kiosk so I don't need to wait in line. I recommend The UPS Store if you're looking for printing, shipping, etc!”

“I think it's just a normal post office.There are two post offices in Roseville, one of them.I have stocked up on the minimum amount of Forever postage stamps I need.I rarely go to the post office, but I think it's a very normal response.The only regret is that airmail is the only option for sending parcels overseas.Previously, there was sea shipping.Shipping costs are vastly different.I think it depends on the country we are sending it to.Well, this isn't the post office's responsibility.The parking lot is spacious and I have never had any problems parking.It will depend on the time though. It's a very ordinary post office.”
