He was very knowledgeable and even gave me tips on creating a rewards free membership to collect points for my purchase, to use it later as cash, and found me discount coupon to use as well. “We needed help with a few time consuming items. Stephanie, one of the Notaries there helped us with everything we brought in. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.”

“My GPS took me all over Roseville until I finally found this place. It's not open to the public so I had to press a button outside the fence that surrounds the huge building and wait for someone to come out and talk to me. He told me to wait in my car and a short time later someone came out with my package which was only a single tube of lipstick from Walmart. I still don't understand why it couldn't be delivered to my home, they said it was because it needed a signature but I order from Walmart on a constant basis and never had to deal with this before. So the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the employees were nice and it wasn't their fault I had to go through all this.
Now I'm having trouble posting this review, I guess it's just not my day! ?”
