If you look closer you'll see that despite a few random one-star reviews, UFCW gets a string of solid positive messages from their customers. Consumers need to understand and remember that a customer service representative (CSR) is there to assist YOU and didn't cause the problem... just trying to find a solution. They don't deserve some of the rude, obnoxious treatment from angry people who turn on them for simply trying to help.Yes, I had some trouble with getting open enrollment to go through recently. Yes, it was mostly MY fault since I waited until the last minute. Yes, their phone system was overwhelmed. Yes, the online website was crashing and acting funky overall due to high traffic.However, a kind member of the CSR team from UFCW helped me with the final process. So, thank you DANICA for all of your assistance, patience, and understanding.”
