Doug would never flex or name drop, and had I not personally run into these particular clients at his Grassvalley location, I probably wouldn’t have believed it!

A couple years ago, I was walking in to his Grassvalley shop, just as two celebrities were leaving, after having picked up a piece that Doug had designed for one of their
wives. You might have heard of these two “little,” actors: “Kevin Bacon,,” and yes’ his pal, none other than….”Brad Pitt?! “
? That’s when I learned that Douglas had been designing pieces for Hollywoods A list for years! So, make sure to ask him to show you his customer photo albums when you go in!

“Had a beautiful woven silver chain from Bali that needed attention in two spots. The jeweler was friendly and did an excellent job with the repair. I also had a diamond ring that he repaired a prong on. I’m pleased with everything and highly recommend this jewelry store for purchases and/or repairs.

“Honestly I wouldn't ever write a review about a Spencer's in a mall but I had a situation where I had to call corporate customer service and manage a whole ordeal. They were extremely helpful and super kind! My problem wasn't even that big of a deal but they took the most extreme diligence and timeliness taken care of it. It actually felt pretty refreshing to get legitimate genuine help from people who care. And it wasn't even that big of a deal. It was awesome!
And, the second time I went in there to do my whole exchange thing that I had to deal with, they let me take advantage of a super great deal that I missed the first time so I was really grateful that I actually got to get the matching set for everything and I only had to spend a dollar more LOL. I love when mistakes made are transformed into my benefit! LOL
