Shout out to Lids for always embroidering our company logo onto our hats for us. It typically takes them a few days to get the order ready for but they always come out perfect. They also offer a discount for larger orders.

I wanted to get my dad a hat for father's day and wanted to get it embroidered. They said it would take 45mins- an hour. I get back an hour later assuming it would be done and they haven't even started it. mind you the employees are just talking it up with each other and not helping the customers either. I had to go to work so i asked if they could hold on the hat for me till i get off and they said sure and claimed they closed at 8 today. After work i rush over and arrive at 7:20 seeing that lids is now closed. Lids is about 20 miles from me so it's not easy to come back and forth like this.

The associates working are pretty rude. When making an exchange, she got mad and threw the hat on the counter. Felt like we were a burden for being a customer.

The service and the selection just wasn’t up to par IMO. Been shopping with Lids (several locations) for a long time. Will definitely give another shot.

I own a business and frequently come in for larger orders of my business logo on blank hats. Was informed that the order would need to be fulfilled by their warehouse, which is no biggie, totally understandable. A few days later I received a call from Lily, she said the warehouse didn't have the hats we selected in stock so it would have taken even longer to fulfill my order. Instead she did them at her location and what would have been a 2 week wait, turned into a 3 day wait. I'm absolutely happy with the results of my hats and the turn around time frame. Thanks again Lily. You're doing an awesome job.

I just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had. Lily went above and beyond as did Christian. They called stores trying to locate a Fear of God hat for me. Lily's demeanor was so sweet and caring. I feel uncomfortable as a woman who knows nothing about sports coming into stores like this. But Lily and Christian went above and beyond. I will def shop again.

First time yelping. Google said lids opened at 10am on Saturdays. I got there at 10:10. After waiting in front of the store for 25 minutes, watching the salesperson inside diligently completing tasks, I looked for his attention and received it. He let me know they open at 11am. I said google said 10am, he said 11am has always been opening time and he went about his business. 1 star is for a big organization that can't get its hours right on the internet.

I rarely post reviews. But this company is a big joke. I wish they had no stars. My dad received a hat for his birthday and it was not his style. He didn’t get a gift receipt with it. I took it in for him to exchange it for a different style. At first they told me no they wouldn’t exchange it. Then they told me that they would do it for even exchange. So after looking, I went to counter for the exchange with a different style hat that was the same price. Only to now have them tell me the hat I was taking back was now discounted and worth $25 dollars and I would owe the difference. Stop SCAMMING people. Someone paid full price for that original hat style. And besides, I’ve never gotten anything in your store discounted. At best we may get a buy one get one 50% off. You were taking advantage of us because we received something as a gift with no receipt to take it back. Our family used to buy hats all the time. I will be taking my money elsewhere for buying hats with some other company that has better business practices and treatment for their customers. Lousy customer service!! You just lost a customer that used to buy hats multiple times a year.

Very rude kids that don’t know how to do their job or look like they want to any wayHorrible customer service spent over $200 dollars to have my hats stitched and they came out all wrong and they have The audacity to be mad and not fix the problem… they all look very sad because they have to have a job!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could

Oddly, not the best selection or the biggest Lids store, but good staff, I would be happy no matter what, what can I say I am a hat junkie....
