“I think it's just a normal post office. There are two post offices in Roseville, one of them.I have stocked up on the minimum amount of Forever postage stamps I need.I rarely go to the post office, but I think it's a very normal response. The only regret is that airmail is the only option for sending parcels overseas.Previously, there was sea shipping.Shipping costs are vastly different.I think it depends on the country we are sending it to.Well, this isn't the post office's responsibility. The parking lot is spacious and I have never had any problems parking. It will depend on the time though. It's a very ordinary post office.”

“Ive lived near the Post Office forever! This place has the same friendly faces year after year and thats what makes it feel like a small town vibe! They're always stocked full of boxes and packing envelopes. Fast service and even a small bell for faster service!(lol) This Post Office also has a huge historical importance to Penryn. The Griffith Quarry up the street was mined for its quarry that helped build this Post Office back in the 19th century. Even has Masonic symbols and great history written on the drinking fountain outside!”

“Whenever I plug this into my gps (it’s my local post office), I see the overall review (2.9) - & I can’t believe it’s not higher!!! So I finally decided to review myself. I have gone to this post office several times this year & each time - without fail - it has been a fantastic experience!!! The employees are all very knowledgeable, quick, & courteous. I seriously appreciate your service to the community!!”

“Friendly staff even if it's busy and there is a little no line, they get through each person kindly. Easy to park. Wheelchair accessible parking, but not entrance. The wait here is not usually long. They have papers to renew passports, but not apply.”

“So thankful my friend told me to go here to get my passport. They took me in as a walk-in and took care of me. I didn't have to wait in a long line, nor did I have to line up 5 hours before they open like the citrus height post office said I needed to do. Thank you!”

“Our mail person is named "Lily". She places our mail neatly in our mail box. She is always courteous and friendly. We feel fortunate that she is our mail person. Lily wished all her residents a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Same to you Lily.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff at the front counter. Most other locations that I've been to have been less than pleasant experiences for me. But these people seem to enjoy their job and that makes a world of difference to the customers.”

“It's a very small post office so I understand that sometimes there is a line. The ladies are working as fast as they can. The negative reviews are disappointing. I suggest don't not to expect the workers to entertain you while taking care of your postage when there is a line of people.”

“Dave made my day. I lost a very important receipt with an important tracking number. Dave at the Fair Oaks Post Office worked with me for about 10 minutes until he located my transaction and reprinted it. Thank you SO MUCH Dave for helping me and others solve our postal problems.Sometimes it's very busy and sometimes it's empty. Don't take it out on the staff.”

“I went to get my passport documents submitted (I had my documents printed out and picture taken before coming) and I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. There wasn't too many people and they have a walk-in clipboard to sign in for estimated times you would be helped. They can take cash, card, or check!”

“Second time coming into this post office and I love it. Area is kinda sketchy, it's located next to the Vivi's so it was hard to locate at first. Once inside it's open and staff greet you immediately. Never any lines to deal with so maybe I'm just lucky . But I always know that if I need to go in there to send something off it'll be a breeze coming here. Thank you to the young lady that always has a smile on her face and works efficiently.”

“I am giving US PS Carmichael five stars because of all the very good people I have encountered, with the exception of a person named Liz, she is about the most rudest person I have ever encountered, and should be forced to retire”

“Big thank you to the Folsom post office team for their outstanding service! Despite a website glitch, they promptly resolved an address issue with my package. From proactive communication to personalized service at the counter, they exceeded all expectations. Thank you for your exceptional care and attention!”

“I am a former lettercarrier(retired) and probably a little bias, but I think the U.S.Postal Service is the best delivery service in the world. Think about it, they deliver to the box at your home, the cluster boxes in hi-rise, the boxes along the highway where you see no houses, even the lonely box out on the desert in Arizona and Nevada. UPS and FedEx can't say that. And they do it 6 days a week.”

“This is NOT an actual post office. It's a carrier annex. It's not a retail location so they don't accept payment of any kind. You can change your address, get mailbox keys, or pick up packages.”

“Came here right at opening time and the male clerk helped me even though I had 20 letters to send. Told me how I could be more efficient next time. Worked very efficiently and spoke with kindness, even apologized for a different post offices mistakes. For the first time ever, I left the post office with a a smile!”
